One-on-one sessions, designed around your body, your goals, and the time you actually have. In-home, online, or in studio.

Most people come to me because they want yoga on their terms — at home, on Zoom, or squeezed between the things their day actually demands. They're not looking for a drop-in class where they follow along and hope it applies to them. They want an hour that meets them where they are.

I show up with a plan, and then I ask how you're doing — and the plan changes from there. Sessions can be deeply restorative: mostly floor work, slow breath, attention to the places that hold tension (neck, shoulders, jaw, hips, feet). Or they can be vigorous — strong core work, arm balances, a practice that builds heat. Often it's both, over time, depending on what your body needs that week.

If you come regularly, I'll build in enough consistency that you start to own small pieces of the practice yourself — a sequence you can return to between sessions, or a clearer sense of what's happening in a pose you've been working on in a group class. The goal, ultimately, is for you to need me less.

A practice built on
breadth

I teach a range of styles because I don't believe in one-size-fits-all yoga — and because what a body needs at one season of life is rarely what it needs at another. In every class and private session, my aim is to give students a solid foundation: something they can stand on, return to, and build from. But the foundation is just the beginning. I love repetition and routine, and I also love the moment when practice opens into something unexpected.
