Embodied Balance
5pm-6pm every Friday in November at The Commons
This four-week series offers a slow, intentional approach to yoga as a complement to meditation and other inner work. Each class explores how mindful movement and breath can help integrate awareness through the whole body: releasing tension, refining alignment, and supporting nervous system balance. Accessible for beginners and suitable for all levels, the practice includes options for gentler or more active engagement. Over the month, we’ll explore grounding, release, openness, and integration in order to cultivate a steadier, more embodied presence in daily life. Drop-ins welcome!
