Gentle Yoga

Please note: This class is on hiatus until April 20th.

A 45-minute class designed especially for seniors without previous experience in yoga, but appropriate for anyone looking for a low-key, no-frills practice that emphasizes functional movement. This class meets three times a week on Zoom, but there’s no commitment required- come as often or infrequently as you like.

What you’ll need:

-a block

-a strap

-a set of therapy balls, for self-massage

-any other props that help you sit comfortably on the floor, or just have a chair nearby

1pm Pacific Time/4pm Eastern Time

Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays
